Life at Quayside looks like...

Experiences at QV:

“When I first moved in 9 years ago, I did not anticipate that the community environment would really impact my overall wellbeing. I feel a sense of belonging that's deeper than anywhere I've lived before. And my kid grew up with that sense of a big family.”
- Unit 809
“We created this cohousing with the intention that the built environment would actually facilitate connection. And that's what we got! It's a very special place, and I find that every cohousing is unique.”
- Original Member
“Being around people of all ages—laughing together, sharing meals, and lending a hand—it has added to my quality of life in many ways. I'm not as lonely as my peers. It's nice to know people are able to look out for me.”
- Aging in Place
